Our Mission

At Ethical Insurance Design our mission is simple. We believe that everyone is entitled to objective and unbiased advice on financial services and insurance planning. Our goal is to get to know our clients and understand their motivations and ethos. That ethos is critical in developing long term goals. Only after truly getting to know our clients and understanding their goals are we able to start the process of analyzing solutions and evaluating a process to help you achieve them.

Many insurance professionals take a one and done approach, selling a policy and moving on. At Ethical Insurance Design, we are committed to making sure that your policies grow WITH you. We understand that goals evolve, needs change and that as your trusted insurance professional we are here to grow and evolve WITH you. Ongoing policy reviews are critical to our process. We are committed to reviewing your policy yearly to make sure it is performing in accordance with your stated goals.

Our Founder

Zachary Brommer, CLU, CLTC

Zachary started his career in insurance in 2008 at Lincoln Financial Distributors. Over the past decade Zachary has held a variety of roles at high quality insurance carriers. In addition to working with Lincoln Financial Distributors, Zachary has also worked with Guardian Life of New York and Penn Mutual. Over the years Zachary has helped financial advisers and insurance professionals navigate the complicated world of life insurance policy design. He specializes in understanding a clients goals and the best, most efficient way to achieve them.

Zachary graduated from Temple University in Philadelphia with his Bachelors Degree. He also holds his Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) designation from the American College of Financial Services and his Certification in Long Term Care (CLTC). These advanced designations are critical in his insurance planning process and reaffirm his commitment to continuing to learn about the complicated and often underused strategies that are overlooked by surface level planning. He believes in going deeper to get the results you deserve.

Zachary and his wife Jessica live in Philadelphia’s Fishtown neighborhood with their two dogs. Together they enjoy camping, hiking and relaxing at the beach. Zachary enjoys golf in the spring, summer and fall as well as skiing in the winters. At home, he is an avid reader and enjoys cooking, particularly barbecuing.
